SUMMARY:

My client in the FMCG and fast foods industry is seeking a Marketing Manager with 10 years experience of which 5 must be in FMCG or fast foods.
To effectively manage all the marketing requirements across the various brands within the Africa Middle East portfolio ensuring continued growth and development outside the South African borders.

POSITION INFO:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A suitable tertiary qualification in marketing and/or advertising
A minimum of 5 years experience in FMCG or the fast food industry
Previous experience managing a brand in other African countries
Preferably previous franchising experience
Strong track record of successfully building brands
Has successfully managed people and teams
Management of budgets
Exp in digital and social media strategy

SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal & presentation skills
Prepared to travel across the AME portfolio when required (valid Passport)
Fanatical attention to detail
Fluent in English
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels
Strategic thinking
Strong financial acumen
Computer literate
Proactive thinking and problem solving

Strong analytical skills
Ability to work well under pressure
