SUMMARY:
DBN000134 - Marketing Manager– Upper Highway KZN

Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for the full marketing function, assuming responsibility to meet agreed marketing / sales / foot count targets and standards in a retail shopping centre. To assist the team within the centre management environment.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma, degree, or equivalent in Marketing or similar discipline.
Must have shopping centre or mall Marketing Management experience – not negotiable

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience:

5- 10 years of working experience at a Senior level in marketing
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and communications.
Conceptualize and propose Marketing Strategy for the Mall.
Manage and update the company's Google Business profile.
Manage website updates.
Manage iPoint updates.
Manage communications with digital agencies.
Attend to public queries / complaints/ security issues that were escalated to this level.
Manage and co-ordinate internal & external advertising suppliers.
