Senior Account Manager - Experiential & Intergrated Marketing

SUMMARY:
A dynamic and innovative agency is seeking a skilled Senior Account Manager to lead high-impact marketing campaigns and manage key client relationships. If you're experienced in brand activations, experiential marketing, and integrated campaign delivery, this role offers the chance to work with major clients and be a part of award-winning projects. You’ll oversee complex, multi-channel campaigns from start to finish, lead cross-functional teams, and be a trusted strategic advisor to clients.

POSITION INFO:

Client Strategy & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships
Develop a deep understanding of client objectives, challenges, and market positioning
Provide proactive strategic input to help shape impactful marketing solutions

Campaign Ownership & Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of integrated marketing and brand activation campaigns
Collaborate with creative, production, digital, and third-party partners to ensure seamless delivery
Maintain clear oversight of timelines, budgets, and resource planning for multiple concurrent projects

Account Growth & Commercial Development
Identify new opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings
Lead the preparation of proposals and presentations for upsell and cross-sell initiatives
Contribute to agency revenue by increasing client retention and account value

Project Performance & Reporting
Monitor key project metrics and ensure all deliverables align with client expectations
Track budgets closely, maintaining profitability and operational efficiency
Deliver insights and performance reports to internal stakeholders and clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement

Team Collaboration & Process Leadership
Facilitate collaboration across departments to align creative vision with strategic goals
Provide clear, consistent communication to ensure expectations are managed at every stage

Risk Management & Problem Solving
Anticipate potential issues and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or misalignment
Address challenges with a solution-driven mindset, always aiming for a calm and professional resolution
Remain adaptable and resourceful in high-pressure situations or shifting client needs

Skills & Experience (Not negotiable):
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or similar
5–7 years of agency experience (preferably in experiential, activations, or integrated marketing)
Proven experience managing multi-channel campaigns for large brands
Demonstrated account growth and client relationship management skills
Strong understanding of experiential marketing, event activations, and integrated brand communications
