Marketing Systems Analyst

SUMMARY:
Our client, a dynamic and innovative team is currently looking for a Marketing Systems Analyst in the Pretoria East area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing.
• 3-5 years’ relevant working experience.
• 2+ years’ experience in implementing and maintaining ZOHO CRM components, including:
  • Zoho Campaigns.
  • Flow.
  • Forms Surveys.
  • Projects.
  • Books.
  • Inventory.
• E-commerce website management experience on Shopify.
• WordPress web development experience.
• Reporting and dashboard creation using tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
• Advantageous:
  • HTML, Liquid, and other web programming languages.
  • SQL.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage user access and authorisation controls.
• Day to day operational support for all business functions in Zoho including:
• CRM, Books, Inventory, Projects, Campaign, Flow, Analytics, Forms, Survey, Social, Desk.
• Maintain integrations to multiple other web apps and systems such as Google, Shopify, WordPress, etc.
• Maintain a clean POPI/GDPR compliant data set within the CRM.
• Propose and implement activities to enrich and augment databases.
• Build out the data fabric by integrating relevant sources and growing customer master data for cross-channel attribution.
• Work with the Marketing Manager towards creating a ‘segment of one’ where CRM data can support a personalized customer experience.
• Run workshops and record videos for user training.
• Support the team by growing effective use of the CRM.
• Root cause analysis of problems and solutions finding.
• Feedback gathering from the team for system enhancements and continuous improvement.
• System implementation to monitor system security and fraud prevention.
• Document proposed functionality and flow diagrams.
• Expand system functionality by building new processes.
• Configuring automations and system workflows.
• Improve the customer experience and grow functionality into Zoho Marketing Hub and Zoho Sales IQ.
• Develop and maintain the company website.
• Assist with rolling-out A/B test strategies to optimise the user experience and maximise conversions.
• Support the delivery of a strong SEO programme.
• Manage potential fraud risk to the website and e-commerce engine.
• Manage and support ‘web apps’ installed on the platform.
• Manage a WordPress ‘wrapper’ for content delivery to the user on product landing pages, educational material, repository of video and blog content, customer success stories, etc.
• Find creative ways to ‘mesh’ this content wrapper with the existing e-commerce site to deliver a fluid user experience.
• Implement personalisation strategies.
• Enable tracking and report on improvement opportunities.
• Manage a data fabric that will support all reporting and analytics.
• Integrate multiple data sources to offer an end-to-end view of the business.
• Build and maintain reports and analytics in Excel, Zoho Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Shopify Analytics, and other platforms.
• Generate monthly marketing reports and Zoho sales reports.
• Measure and report on the performance (ROI) of marketing campaigns.
• Provide monthly analytics and reporting on the website’s performance.

• Temporarily remote work.
