Marketing and Communications Specialist

SUMMARY:
Marketing and Communication Specialist required for well-established Client in Wadeville, Germiston with a proven history with Brand Management, Digital Marketing and Advertising as well as Marketing Communications to build brand and brand awareness. Candidate should be experienced in creation of marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including budget planning, content ideation, and implementation schedules.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various department members, including operations, product managers, and Exco team
• Collect client data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create comprehensive reports and improve future social media strategies and campaigns
• Report progress to senior management
• Grow and expands company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increases presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube
• Research and monitor activity of organization competitors
• Uncover consumer insights and deliver innovative marketing campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all marketing and product launch campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs
• Manage all company social media content strategies
• Establish and maintain brand budgets

Minimum Qualification / Experience:

• Matric/ Gr.12
• Tertiary Qualification: Degree in Marketing or related fields
• Years’ Experience: 3-5 years proven track record in brand management, brand marketing, marketing management
