JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a Global Tech firm is seeking 3 Master Data Migration – HCM Consultants to join their team in Sandton. They offer stability, growth, rates, exposure and an excellent working environment.

We are looking for a Master Data Migration Consultant to support our existing clients as well as new clients in the field of HR. This role will be responsible for leading and supporting projects related to HCM migration, data quality improvement, and master data integration between different systems.

Requirements

D365 HCM Functional and Data Migration Experience
SAP HR Functional and Data Migration experience
General Data Migration experience - techniques (ETL – extract, transform, load), data cleansing, object mapping, field mapping, value mapping, data validation, understanding of reference/master/transaction data in this area.
Manage, facilitate and drive the extraction criteria, data cleansing, object mapping, field mapping, and value mapping for the ETL process.
Manage, facilitate and drive the filling in of any templates by the Business for the Construct process
Facilitate Issue resolution where there are load errors (defects logged in DevOps)
Status reporting per functional area

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma required
7+ years of data migration experience required.
Must have knowledge of HCM systems
Experience with ETL processes.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM/HRM.
