POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities Coordinate the end-to-end supply chain from source to quarantine, optimizing efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability. Collaborate with Commercial and Licensing teams to align distribution plans with testing, launch forecasts, and market development. Track the status of plant material in pre-commercial stages across different countries. Manage the handoff of plant material to licensing after quarantine release and to subsequent phases. Ensure distribution activities adhere to intellectual property rights and contractual obligations. Develop and apply processes for distributing material from clean hubs to target geographies. Ensure optimal timing for harvest and proper conditions upon arrival in target markets. Coordinate disposal of discarded varieties according to local procedures. Maintain systems for tracking requests, shipments, quarantine clearance, and inventory levels. Ensure compliance with phytosanitary and regulatory requirements for plant material movement. Foster relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment.
