Mechanical Engineer: HVAC and Building services

Pretoria

Company has a track record of over 20 years in the Building Services environment. Solid track record of projects in the commercial sector. Most projects in the Pretoria area. Niche skills in the industrial Property and retail field.

Company is currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer with skills in the Building Services and HVAC field for projects in the Pretoria area.

QUALIFICATION
BEng (Mechanical) Engineering
or
B.Tech. Mechanical Engineering

EXPERIENCE
Minimum 4 years relevant building services experience.
He/she must have intensive experience in HVAC, Medical Gas; Refrigeration and wet services

RESPONSIBILITIES

Conceptual and detailed design
Construction monitoring and project management
Successfully plan, organize, manage and control projects
Bid and tender preparation and submission
