POSITION INFO:
We're on the lookout for a Mechanical Design Engineer with a flair for marine innovation and precision. In this role, you’ll take the helm on high-performance yacht design projects — from sleek concept development to production-ready execution. You’ll work with advanced composites, design complex marine systems, and produce detailed 3D models, drawings, and stress analyses using tools like SolidWorks, Rhino, and AutoCAD. Education:

• BEng/BSc Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design, conveyor systems, or material handling.
• Experience in Visual Basic or C+ programming (advantageous).
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Plan and manage daily engineering tasks to meet strict project deadlines.
• Develop detailed designs using AutoCAD, Inventor, or SolidWorks, from conceptual sketches to full 3D models.
• Conduct stress analysis, simulations, and ISO-compliant reporting.
• Handle product costing, quoting, and BOM creation within an ERP system (Epicor).
• Oversee end-to-end project execution, including client liaison, site visits, order processing, and installation support.
• Provide specialist technical support and collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Process sales orders, verify specifications, and manage engineering documentation.
