The successful candidate will support senior engineers in the design, analysis, and execution of mechanical engineering projects. You will be involved across various stages of the project lifecycle, gaining exposure to engineering standards, site interaction, and multidisciplinary collaboration. This role offers structured learning, mentorship, and clear professional growth potential.

Education:

BEng / BSc in Mechanical Engineering
Recently graduated or completed within the last few years

Job Experience & Skills Required:

0–2 years’ experience in a mechanical engineering environment
Strong technical foundation in mechanical engineering principles
Exposure to design tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar (advantageous)
Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork ability
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with mechanical design and calculations under senior engineer guidance
Support project execution, documentation, and technical reporting
Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers as required
Participate in site visits, inspections, and commissioning activities
Ensure designs and work align with engineering standards and specifications
Support continuous improvement and learning within the engineering team
