Mine near Pilanesberg area, requires the services of a Mechanical Engineer.

POSITION INFO:
Qualifications needed: Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) or National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Government Certificate of Competency (GCC Mines and Works) - advantageous. Valid Driver's License. Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) is advantageous Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in mining, mineral processing, or heavy industrial operations. Experience with chrome processing plants, crushing plants, and mining equipment. Experience in maintenance planning and equipment reliability. Knowledge of structural inspections and mechanical integrity management Equipment Knowledge: Experience with: Crushers and Screens Conveyors Pumps and Pipelines Vibrating Feeders Wash Plants Mobile Mining Equipment Diesel and Fuel Storage Systems Structural Steel Installations Workshops and Plant Infrastructure Technical skills: Mechanical Equipment Maintenance Structural Integrity Assessment Root Cause Failure Analyses (RCFA) Condition Monitoring Preventive and Predictive Maintenance Project Management Risk Assessment Budget Control Key Responsibilities: * Engineering Management * Machinery Inspection and Compliance * Structural Integrity Management * Maintenance Planning * Safety and Legal Compliance * Project Management * Reporting
