Mergers & Acquisition Specialist - Consulting Contract (R1,400,000 to R1,800,000 PA equivalent)

POSITION INFO:

Looking for a highly experienced, performance-driven and collaborative M&A Senior Manager to oversee the sales process of disposable assets as well as internal re organisation strategies.

Our client is looking for proactive, big picture thinker with exceptional problem-solving and project management capabilities, with strong experience in viability assessments, financial due diligence, valuations, sell side operational due diligence and mergers and acquisitions facilitation.

Individuals need to demonstrate experience of developing internal/ external networks with an ability to quickly develop effective working relationships.
