Our client in the mining industry is seeking a Mid-Level Project Manager to play a pivotal role in delivering IT/IM projects within their organisation.. ð What You’ll Do

Lead the full project lifecycle (initiate, plan, execute, monitor, close) for projects of moderate complexity.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Act as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing clear updates and transparent reporting.
Coordinate resources, onboarding, and team activities while supporting squad-level mentoring.
Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with our clients policies, SLAs, and client requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold the clients stamp of excellence.

ð Key Deliverables

On-time, on-budget project delivery aligned with quality standards.
Accurate documentation, risk registers, and governance reporting.
Strong stakeholder communication and satisfaction.
Active participation in squad ceremonies and knowledge sharing.

ð¯ What We’re Looking For

3–6 years’ experience in IT/IM Project Management within managed or professional services.
Solid knowledge of Agile and Waterfall/hybrid methodologies.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, xPM.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
Relevant Bachelor’s Degree (IT, Business Management, Project Management) required.
Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM) are advantageous.
Experience in the mining sector

Travelling

Extensive Travelling is required, you will be required to travel every 2 weeks from Tuesday to Thursday to various mining sites.
