JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

SAP PM System
Work under production pressure.
Fault findings techniques on Mechanical, Hydraulic, Water and Electrical systems.
To safely carry out preventative maintenance and repairs to the plant in line with documented work.

Knowledge:

Furnace electrode equipment
Furnace transformers
Cooling systems
Hydraulics
HP pumps
Slurry pumps
CO Gas fans
CO Gas scrubber systems
Electrical fault finding
Electrical reticulation diagrammes including distributions transformers.
Alignment of motors, gearboxes couplings and fans.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / N3
5 years’ relevant experience
Trade Certificate (Millwright)
