JOB SUMMARY:
.NET Software Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client a Global Tech firm is seeking a .NET Software Engineer to join their team in Cape town on a contract basis. They offer stability, growth, competitive rates, exposure and an excellent working environment.

As a .NET Software Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing and developing software solutions that meet the needs of our customers. You will work with product management to develop new features or improve existing ones. You should have a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, experience in C# development, and an interest in working on high-tech products

Requirements

Assist with the development of C# and.NET applications as well as backend database systems, web services, and various other functionalities
Develop a team consisting of software engineers to manage complexity and deliver the best possible solutions.
Participate in code reviews and unit testing to ensure high-quality code standards.
Work within the framework of the agile methodology.
Apply advanced techniques and skills to properly debug production issues.
Works as part of a team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field required
Five years of experience in software development with a strong background in C# and/or ASP.NET programming required.
Experience with web application development and deployment.
