Well Established Company in is looking for a National Field Sales Manager to join their team!

Key Performance Indicators

Sales Revenue vs. Budget and Prior Year
Picture of Success adherence (OSA, Forward Share, Price Compliance)
Market Share performance (Value, Volume, Numeric Distribution)
Completion rate of scheduled KPI reviews
Implementation of improvement actions
Training completion rates for field teams and agency staff
Number of new business opportunities identified
Frequency of competitor monitoring and reporting
Cross-department collaboration initiatives

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

8–10 years’ proven experience in Sales Management within FMCG or Food & Beverage, including managing field sales teams and third-party agencies.
Relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, or Sales.
Strong analytical capability with experience in KPI-driven sales environments.
Solid understanding of FMCG economics, pricing structures, and compliance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, BI tools, and ERP systems.
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive a high-performance sales culture.
