POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the Role
To lead and integrate the company’s sales and marketing functions—ensuring revenue growth, brand strength, and customer satisfaction across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

• Develop and execute national and regional sales strategies for commercial vehicle distribution.
• Manage dealer performance, fleet client relationships, and direct sales channels
• Monitor sales KPIs and adjust tactics to meet quarterly and annual targets.

• Oversee brand positioning, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Align marketing efforts with product launches, seasonal demand, and customer segments.
• Ensure compliance with local advertising standards and cultural relevance.

• Collaborate with General Manager to align commercial strategy with business goals.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and market analysis for executive review.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience and retention.

• Manage department heads: Regional Sales Manager, Regional Marketing Manager,
• Support recruitment, training, and development of commercial staff.
• Promote a performance-driven, customer-centric culture.
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Automotive Management (MBA preferred).
• 15+ years in senior commercial roles within automotive sectors.
• Proven leadership in dealer network management and fleet sales.
