National SHEQ Manager-Centurion ONLY BLACK SA NATIONALS WITH ICT/TELECOMS EXPERIENCE
Main purpose
To provide a national safety, health, environmental, quality (SHEQ) and contractor management framework for the business across all projects and business activities, through the implementation, management, control and review of all relevant SHEQ processes to meet business targets and strategic goals whilst ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance at all business levels.

Pay scales:
85K-100K CTC
Currently no long-term incentives, short term is based on company + individual performance
Competencies and Minimum Requirements:
Knowledge, skills, and qualifications
National Diploma Safety Management (NADSAM), NEBOSH International Safety Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 10 years managerial experience at operational level managing organizational and contrac-tor safety performances including, but not limited to:
o Managing SHEQ in a highly technical, complex and fast paced corporate business environment.
o Implement and manage integrated SHEQ management systems such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000 and ISO
45000.
o Training, mentoring and skills development in specialised field of SHEQ Management and systems
implementation.
o Keeping abreast of changes in SHEQ legislative requirements, interpreting how changes will af-fect
the business’ strategic goals and practical implementation of legal framework within local market
environment.
• Registration with a professional body for SHEQ practitioners such as, inter alia, SACPMCP, SAIOHS or
ACHASM.
• Engineering and Telecommunication industry background and knowledge of best practice essential.
• Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
