Essential Functions:

• Action and resolve IM (Incident Management) tickets.
• Action and resolve CIM (Critical Incident Management) tickets as required.
• Raise and lead tasks PM (Problem Management) tickets as identified.
• Action and coordinate CM (Change Management) tasks and tickets as required.
• Assist user departments in drafting system requirement documentation based on business processes.
• perform daily system handover and start-up tasks to ensure operational readiness of systems.
• Ensure that all processes have been investigated / considered in obtaining the specifications of the user requirements.
• Propose and review system design and evaluate alternatives.
• Develop systems solutions in line with quality and delivery requirements

Essential Qualification:

• Degree in Information Systems.
• Business Degree

Preferred Qualification:

• ITIL certification (advantageous)

Experience Required:

• Information Syastems experience.
• Minimum of 8 years IT working experience.
• ITIL process knowledge and work experience.
• Minimum 6 yearsâ?? experience in an operations environment.

Functional Skills:

• Deep ITSM knowledge.
• Experience in Operations and structure teams.
• Functional knowledge
• Understand Processes, deep process knowledge in client processes.
• ITIL process knowledge and work experience.
• AGILE Project Management knowledge.
• JAVA and SAP BW knowledge is beneficial.
• Quality Management
• Mentoring
• Understanding of IT Infrastructure and relations between components.
• ITPM process knowledge and work experience (advantageous).

Technical Skills:

• Design and implement common network topology and operational concepts for network security based on Cisco ISE, Aruba ClearPass, and software-defined AAA solutions.
• Automate component configuration by governance, performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Working with common development tools.
• Basic technical skills in networking and network security.
• Knowledge of basic network protocols (e.g. IP, TCP, RADIUS)
• Knowledge of current IT architectures, manufacturers and trends.
• Manage and steer the provider.
• Manage ITIL Processes (PIC)
• Experience in coordinating and planning from rollouts in a global environment.
• Implement and maintain security an infrastructure standard.
• Analyse and resolve complex configuration and troubleshooting issues within a multi-vendor infrastructure.
• Evaluation and approval of hardware and software to be used.
• Interacting with international colleagues within the client group.
