POSITION INFO:

To support, secure, and maintain the organisation’s network and server infrastructure, ensuring stable, secure, and reliable IT operations across the business.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 5 years experience in IT and Network Administration
Diploma in IT Systems Administration
A+ and Network+ certifications
MCITP or Microsoft equivalent
Routing, switching, VPN
TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs
Windows Server
Active Directory and user permissions
Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange, Azure AD)
Network security, backups, and disaster recovery
MikroTik routing and switching experience (advantageous)

Key Performance Areas:

Administer and maintain network and server infrastructure
Configure and support routing, switching, and VPN environments
Manage Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
Maintain network security, backups, and recovery processes
Support VOIP, hardware, and software systems
Troubleshoot and resolve network and server issues
Provide reliable internal IT support to business users
Maintain system documentation and configurations
