SUMMARY:
An excellent opportunity exists for an experienced professional to fulfill the role of a Network Engineer for a leading company in JHB!

POSITION INFO:

In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing IT infrastructures and technologies

Suitable candidates will have:

Minimum of a Tertiary Qualification in IT or similar relevant field
At least 5 years network experience working on Data Center and Office LAN/WAN management - LAN/WAN expert level mandatory
Previous experience in a supervisory role
Solid ability to construct VPN’s, both LAN-to-LAN and Remote Access
Strong skills with routing, switching, firewall
Strong product knowledge including SD-WAN, Aruba, and F5
Experience with load balancing, WAN technologies (MPLS, metro-e), internet access, wireless LAN technologies, network monitoring tools, and diagnostic tools
Highly advantageous

Cisco CCNA or CCDP certification or equivalent
F5 Certified Administrator or equivalent (WAF and Load balancer)
