POSITION INFO:
Purpose: Pitch tailored domestic or international delivery solutions, manage sales pipelines, and coordinate with operations teams for client onboarding. Duties include: Lead Generation: Prospect and qualify high-value corporate leads, B2B shipping accounts, and enterprise contracts Solution Selling - analyse client supply chain needs to design custom express, road, or air courier solutions Tender & Proposal Management: Prepare formal commercial proposals, pricing rate approvals, and bid tenders Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain updated CRM records and deliver weekly sales activity or forecast reports Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with operations and customer service to guarantee smooth client onboarding and service level agreement (SLA) delivery Market research: Watch local shipping competitors and spot new industry trends. Key Requirements Matric and relevant sales\/marketing qualification 2-5 year years of dedicated B2B external sales or business development experience within the services industry Express courier, road freight, or logistics sectors advantageous Strong contract negotiation, pipeline tracking, and executive presentation capabilities Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle.
