SUMMARY:
An established clearing and forwarding operation is seeking an experienced New Business Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic client acquisition and long-term relationship development.
New clients, new challenges, real impact — this is a role for a sales professional who gets things done in the logistics sector.

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the clearing and forwarding sector
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and needs analysis
Prepare and present tailored logistics solutions, quotes, and proposals
Negotiate rates and service agreements in line with company margins
Work closely with operations to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activity and reporting
Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Minimum Requirements

5–6 years’ proven experience in new business sales within clearing and forwarding / freight forwarding
Strong understanding of import, export, customs clearance, and logistics services
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle
