POSITION INFO:
Qualification Matric Relevant Sales Qualification Requirements Minimum 8 - 10 years' solid sales experience, a hunter for new business. Experience in selling security solutions will be ideal. Develop and present tailored electronic security solutions using the company's key product suit (CCTV, access control, Alarm systems etc.) Work closely with Product and Technical teams to develop bespoke customer solutions. Collaborate with internal project managers to ensure solution delivery aligns with client expectations. Duties Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from prospecting to close Conduct cold outreach, client meetings, and product presentations Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate commercial terms Convert qualified leads into long-term customers Establish and grow relationships with newly acquired accounts Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery Monitor market trends and competitor activity Deliver accurate sales forecasts and track performance against targets Contribute to sales strategies within assigned territories Analyse industry trends, competitor activities, and territory potential to identify untapped opportunities Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize product positioning and pricing strategies
