New Vehicle Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
Our client, a reputable motor dealership based in Bedfordview, Johannesburg, is seeking an energetic and results-driven New Vehicle Sales Executive to join their Sales Department.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new vehicle sales, developing and maintaining a strong customer base, following up on leads and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering a professional customer experience.

POSITION INFO:
Description: Sell new vehicles in line with monthly sales targets. Generate new business through prospecting, referrals, networking, walk-ins and lead follow-up. Handle internet and digital sales leads professionally and timeously. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions. Provide accurate information regarding vehicle specifications, features, pricing and finance options. Prepare quotations and negotiate professionally with customers. Work closely with the Finance & Insurance Department to facilitate vehicle finance and additional products. Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and submitted timeously. Maintain an active customer database and follow up on prospective customers. Requirements: Matric \/ Grade 12. Previous new vehicle sales experience within a motor dealership is essential. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong prospecting and lead-generation ability. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Computer literate. Experience with a dealership CRM \/ DMS will be advantageous. Valid driver's licence. Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.
