JOB SUMMARY:
Well-known New Vehicle Dealership based in George is seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join their successful team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
Previous experience in New Vehicle Sales required.
Professional selling skills and excellent customer service skills.
Sales and target driven.
Strong communication skills with the ability to perform under pressure.

Key areas of performance:

Sales of new vehicles.
Service walk-is and current customers.
Arranging test drives.
Participating in open days and marketing activities.
Handling of customers complains and providing solutions.
Preparation of vehicles for delivery.
Follow up after delivery to ensure the customer is satisfied with services.
Maintain high-quality service for the dealership to reach their targets.
Ensure that customers understand the vehicle’s operating features, paperwork and warranty.
Other ad-hoc administrative tasks within the scope of the role.
