SUMMARY:
We are seeking a nonmetallic engineer to work with Global Manufacturing Excellence experience in nonmetallic engineering to join their Global Manufacturing Support Department (GMSD).

POSITION INFO:
The primary role is to provide technical support to operating facilities, projects, technology deployment, and talent development of new nonmetallic engineers. You will conduct special studies and analyses in specialized nonmetallic programs and new technologies deployment.

Minimum Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Materials or with a Mechanical major.
Minimum of 10 years’ experience processing in Oil/Gas Industry as a nonmetallic engineer.
Knowledge of the international standards and codes NACE, ASME, API and ASTM.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop nonmetallic programs.
Develop and implement nonmetallic technologies deployment roadmap.
Scout and lead field trial of nonmetallic technologies.
Participate in asset Integrity enhancement by injecting nonmetallic concept and technology to replace conventional steel.
Develop scope and description of technology items, and lead field implementation.
Review and approve recommend solutions for coating failures.
Participate in HAZOP review sessions and ensure that all issues are addressed.
Review design packages and validate materials selection based on current code and standards.
Develop and transfer knowledge about use of coating, nonmetallic technologies, deployment and best practices.
