Our client, a leading vehicle brand manufacturer, is seeking a dynamic Dealer Administrator and Planner

The role of the Dealer Sales Administrator and Planner is to support the objectives of the OEM and Dealer Sales Department while aligning with overall company goals. This position involves working closely with the new vehicle sales team and the dealer network, taking responsibility for sales coordination and administrative functions. Key duties include dealer engagement and relations, stock planning and allocation, order processing, tracking sales performance, compiling reports, and supporting communication between the OEM and dealer network

Remuneration
R 280 000 – R 300 000 per annum – Benefits including Provident Fund & Medical Aid, Cell Phone Allowance and 13th Cheque

POSITION INFO:
Duties include:

• Support the Dealer Network, District Sales Controllers, and departmental management with all matters related to vehicle stock management, including stock allocations, stock swaps, order tracking, and planning.
• Assist in setting and implementing monthly and quarterly sales and stock targets in collaboration with the Manufacturer/OEM.
• Contribute to the development and execution of processes and reporting frameworks related to dealer stock procurement, forecasting, and vehicle allocations.
• Maintain close collaboration with internal administration and logistics teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of operational procedures and business requirements.
• Liaise effectively with external vehicle logistics providers to ensure efficient stock movement and delivery.
• Monitoring & Reporting: Distribute daily sales performance reports to internal stakeholders and the Manufacturer/OEM, both locally and internationally. Perform regular reporting, data analysis, and administrative duties as required to support business operations and performance tracking.

• Grade 12/Matric (or equivalent) required; a Diploma in Business Administration or similar field will be advantageous
• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive or related industry
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and internet-based tools
• Tertiary qualification will be considered an asset
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage effectively with dealers, colleagues, and management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical mindset with sound decision-making and problem-solving capabilities
• Self-motivated, able to work independently without constant supervision
• Highly organised with strong time management and ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
• Positive, energetic, and solutions-oriented with a passion for delivering value

• Willingness to work overtime when necessary
