SUMMARY:
Lexdan Select is assisting an engineering and electronics company in their search for an OEM Integration Specialist, based in Boksburg.

POSITION INFO:
Responsibilities:

Assess and select OEM components for integration into company products
Troubleshoot integration issues and resolve OEM interface problems
Serve as the technical liaison between internal teams and OEM suppliers
Develop and execute product test plans, including DFMEA
Conduct site audits, software/hardware testing, and record detailed results
Compile test proposals and technical reports for internal and client review
Ensure all OEM integrations comply with industry and internal standards
Support cross-functional teams including procurement, engineering, and field services
Deliver client demonstrations, training, and post-installation support.

Requirements:

Bachelors' degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, or equivalent
3–5 years of experience in OEM integration
3–5 years of experience in Electronic manufacturing
3–5 years of experience in Product development and field services (especially mining)
Knowledge of IoT and smart electronics integration (advantageous)
Strong knowledge of PCB design, embedded systems, and electronic components
