JOB SUMMARY:
Office/ Operations Manager, Recruitment Industry
Cape Town CBD
R25 000 CTC + Performance Bonus

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Advanced Excel (Non Negotiable, will be tested on this)
  • Post matric Diploma essential and a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in leader role, within the recruitment industry or small business sector
  • MS Office with advanced PowerPoint, Teams
  • Strong social media and digital marketing experience
  • Minimum typing speed of 50 wpm
  • Full understanding of CRM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Human Resources & Payroll Management 5 employees, including recruitment, onboarding, team building & coordinating events, enforcing company policies & procedures, maintaining employee records and payroll changes etc.
  • Supervision of general office admin, infrastructure and supplies/stock
  • KPI Management
  • Staff training & development
  • Support to the Director, including travel arrangements
  • Maintain billing sheets, manage client invoicing & provide support to the accountant.
  • Support the team in preparing adverts, oversee general marketing requirements and drive brand awareness.
  • Compile sales & other reports the MD might require, and maintain database accuracy.
  • Ad-hoc project management
