POSITION INFO:
OPERATIONS MANAGER * MUST have Minimum 8 Years' experience in a HEAVY EQUIPMENT\/EARTHMOVING\/MINING EQUIPMENT OR CAPITAL EQUIPMENT Industry experience * Minimum 5 Years' experience in a MANAGEMENT POSITION * Diploma\/Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain OR Commercial Management * Trade (Red Seal) - An Advantage * Demonstrated responsibility for P&L, Operational Budgets & Departmental Profitability * Strong understanding of Workshop Operations, Parts Management, Inventory Control & Customer Support * Experience working with OEMs, Warranty Administration * CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified DUTIES: * After Sales & Commercial Performance * Service & Workshop Oversight * Parts & Inventory Oversight * Customer, OEM & Warranty Support
