SUMMARY:
We are looking for an experiencedOffice Manager, with a love for Nature and strong ethics, as well as a desire to facilitate our eco-centric approach to conservationmanagement. The role and function of the OfficeManager is to support theimplementation of the operationalgoals within our various propertiesor programs. The Manager is expected tocontribute to fostering the ethosof the Trust while building andcollaborating with a capable anddependable staff complement toassist him/her, and also to work incooperation with othermanagers and departments withinthe Trust.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

Matric
5-10 years of Management experience, with a proven track record and references.
Background experience in Accounting or Bookkeeping would be advantageous
Computer literate
MS Office experience (especially Excel)
Experience in Pastel and Xero will be beneficial
Accuracy, attention to detail, strong problem-solving, project management, and analytical thinking
Capable of accepting responsibility and accountability
Strong interpersonal competence, planning, and meticulous administrative abilities
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Manage team members with passion, foresight, and excellent communication
