A fantastic opportunity to join one of the fastest growing recruitment agencies has emerged. We are seeking to hire an Office Manager. You would need to stay up to date on changes in the career world and be prepared to face many challenges that could arise during the recruitment process. The core focus of the business is Finance, IT, Data Analytics, and Cyber Security.

Duties:
  • Point of contact for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills and errands
  • Gather and organise typing material
  • Create spreadsheets and presentations, combining various data from existing files
  • Answer phone calls, and direct callers to desired recipients or take a message in situations where the person requested is unavailable
  • Organise and schedule meetings and appointments;
  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary;
  • Organise office operations and procedures;
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment;
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers and landlord, ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers and office lease
  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides for training purpose
  • Manage executives' schedules, calendars and appointments
  • Responsible for managing office services by ensuring office operations and procedures are organised

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:
  • Grade 12
  • BA / BCom Degree

Experience:
  • 1 / 2 Years’ Experience in an administrative role
  • Typing 45 wpm
  • Good organising and planning skills
  • Able to function in pressurised environment
  • Ability to work towards and meet deadlines and target
  • Communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Reliability and discretion: you will often learn of confidential matters
  • Adaptability
