Office Manager/ Controller

SUMMARY:
Our Client in Rustenburg requires the services of an Office Manager/Controller.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements needed as follows:

• Administrative Oversight: Supervising office activities to ensure productivity and cost control. Following up from various employees in regards to different tasks for completion or information needed per tender etc.
• Payroll and Accounting: Printing payslips, liaise with HR contractor,
• Human Resources: Handling employee evaluations or complaints, enforcing company policies. (Ad hoc)
• Inventory Management: Monitoring and ordering office supplies and follow ups on stock queries or invoicing from stock controller.
• Customer Service: Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external parties. Follow-up thereof, excel and word sheets in regards to contract or African USD markets.

• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate booking records and ensuring timely processing and updates.
• Bookkeeping (Customer / Supplier invoicing processing/ bank recons), and other financial record keeping and filing. Help with administrative tasks in regards to annual audits
• Customer invoicing: Per store (multi stores and consignment stock invoicing)

• Financial Reporting: Assisting in administration functions in regards to SARS and other correspondence / Quotations / Liasson between various parties .
• Data Analysis: Supporting the financial manager in quotations (mostly US Dollar quotes) and any ad hoc duties
• Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulations and company policies
• Probation position to become permanent
