JOB SUMMARY:
Have you owned, managed or retired from a business involving product sales? We have an opportunity for you to manage a small business from your home office running the entire administration, financial and sales functions remotely.

Our client requires your all-round management skills to run the full sales and administration portfolio full time Monday to Friday 9 – 5pm. This position involves incoming sales orders via social media, stock management and all financial functions on Pastel.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric with relevant qualifications
Minimum 20 years all round office management experience
Experience with online product sales highly beneficial
Excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
Financial experience accounting on Pastel
Meticulous with stock, accuracy and attention to detail
Must have an office space that you can work from at home
Must be able to work full time 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

DUTIES
Manage online sales of product line
Answering incoming calls with enquiries on product and stock availability
Answering all product related questions on the social media platforms where products are advertised and enquiries via email and WhatsApp
Ability to explain the products quality and benefits to customers
Managing online sales and orders coming in from social media and the company website
Invoicing and checking incoming payments
Payment of incoming invoices
Pastel accounting functions, reconciliations and allocations
SARS efiling, PAYE, UIF, SDL and submission of VAT
Data capturing and managing stock levels versus sales and payments in excel spreadsheets
Creditors reconciliations
Reconciliation of bank accounts
Month end procedures on Pastel and printing of month end reports
Liaison with Warehouse with all stock requirements, adjustments and stock take

Salary: R25k dependent on experience
