POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Onboarding Coordinator & Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing bulk onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new joiners and leavers alike. You will play a key role in supporting HR operations and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with IT, Facilities, and relevant departments to ensure all equipment and access are ready prior to start dates.
Deliver onboarding presentations and respond to new joiner queries.
Stakeholder engagement
Manage the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring timely deactivation of access, equipment return, and completion of exit documentation.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with data protection and company policies.
Maintain accurate records in HRIS and other relevant systems.
Proven experience working with HR Systems (Service NOW/Workday/SuccessFactors etc)

12 month Contract
