Online Content Creator

Are you able to drive online content creation and manage social media, work very closely with the Marketing Team on Digital campaigns, acquiring, retaining and engaging with customers?

Key Responsibilities :

· Create digital content across multiple digital channels, (Facebook, Twitter, DM,Blogs, SMS, email, SEO content pages, Website etc, in accordance to the company’s tone of voice.
· Research, source, write and edit interesting content for emailers and newsletters and also social media platforms
· Meticulous with attention to detail and quality of work whiles brin able to multi-task and prioritise to meet deadlines
· Process deep understanding and passion for content marketing, customer acquisition, retention and lead generation.
· Knowledge of industry trends in the Tech Landscape
· Demonstrate knowledge of the different South African demographics (generational and cultural)

Skills and Experience

· Relevant degree or Diploma (Marketing)
· Advanced understanding of the Digital ecosystem
· Experience in online content writing, copywriting, editing and proofing content in accordance with a brands tone of voice
· Ability to create content with focus on digital convergence and synergy
· Minimum 3 – 4 Years industry experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Have a link to your portfolio or a portfolio file that you can attached with a copy of your CV for the Clients review.

Key Competencies

· Able to work independently and also part of a dynamic team
· Excellent communicator
· High attention to detail
· Experience with Photoshop
· Experience and knowledge of editing images
· Exposure to CMS we platforms (i.e. Wordpress / Umbraco or similar)
· Basic HTML testing editing will be an advantage
