Onsite Customer Service Officer - Western Cape (Stikland) - Hygiene Company

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 Senior Certificate
2 Years' experience in the service industry
Excellent communication skills
Valid drivers license
Service all product types at customer sites
Ensure completion of route slips daily
Record all discrepancies at customer sites
Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance
Loading & off loading vehicle daily
Driving of vehicle and following specific route schedules
Ensuring customer satisfaction on site
