SUMMARY:
Seeking an Operational Accountant - Mineral Processing industry.

POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a highly motivated Operational Accountant to join our team in Pretoria East. This role requires robust financial accounting fundamentals (full financial function) and proven experience within a "hardcore" mining, engineering, or manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will drive informed operational decision-making by providing accurate financial data and insightful analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Full financial function
Financial reporting & variance analysis
Operational partnership & efficiency tracking
Cost & inventory control
Budgeting & forecasting
Compliance & internal controls
Audit coordination & general ledger integrity

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education: BCom Accounting and completed articles (preferred).
Experience: 3-5 years post-articles experience in the Mining, Engineering, or Manufacturing sectors.
