This well-established business is committed to operational excellence and strong financial discipline. They are looking for an Operational Accountant to support and manage day-to-day business operations, work closely with the CEO, and provide insight through operational and financial reporting. Full training will be provided, making this a great opportunity to grow within the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and manage business operations with a hands-on approach
Prepare and work with operational and financial reports
Assist with decision-making through accurate and timely reporting
Maintain structured office processes and documentation
Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operational workflows

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Strong operational experience with a solid understanding of accounting principles
Comfortable working with operational and financial reports
Highly organised, reliable, and professional
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proactive, structured, and able to work closely with management
