POSITION INFO:

An exciting opportunity for an Operational Accountant with 2+ years’ experience, ideally within a product-driven environment. This role focuses on bridging finance and operations, giving you exposure to cost management, reporting, and business performance analysis.
You will work closely with operational teams to drive efficiencies and improve profitability, making this a highly impactful and commercially focused role.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare management accounts and operational reports
Analyse costs and profitability
Support budgeting and forecasting
Partner with operations to improve efficiencies
Monitor financial performance and variances

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:

BCom Degree

Experience:

Minimum 2+ years’ experience
Exposure to product / operational environment preferred

Skills:

Costing and financial analysis
Advanced Excel
Strong communication skills
Analytical mindset
Business partnering ability
