We're Hiring: Operational Analyst (Finance) / Business Process Engineer
Are you a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or a process-driven professional with a passion for innovation and operational excellence? We’re looking for a forward-thinking Operational Analyst / Business Process Engineer to join our dynamic and growing team. FULLY CONVERSANT IN ENGLISH AND AFRIKAANS.

POSITION INFO:
In this pivotal role, you'll be at the heart of transforming how we operate—streamlining workflows, optimizing sales and finance processes, and enhancing productivity across the board. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver exceptional, personalized service to our clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Design, optimise, and implement efficient business processes to drive productivity and reduce costs.
Conduct in-depth process analysis, including capability studies and statistical evaluations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration of process improvements.
Analyse data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Drive productivity analysis and resource utilisation strategies.
Manage database segmentation and evaluate business activities for maximum impact.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

What We’re Looking For:

Tertiary qualification in one of the following:
- CA(SA) (preferred), CIMA, or
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
Solid experience in process modelling, analysis, and statistical evaluation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
A detail-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of regulatory compliance.
Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and teams.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
