What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design, optimise, and implement efficient business processes to drive productivity and reduce costs.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis, including capability studies and statistical evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth adoption and integration of process improvements.
• Analyse data to identify performance trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Drive productivity analysis and resource utilisation strategies.
• Manage database segmentation and evaluate business activities for maximum impact.
• Ensure full compliance with regulatory and industry standards.

• Tertiary qualification in one of the following:
  
  • CA(SA) (preferred), CIMA, or
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Statistics, or a similar field.
• Solid experience in process modelling, analysis, and statistical evaluation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges.
• A detail-oriented mindset with a clear understanding of regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders and teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines without constant supervision.
