POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for three Operational Excellence Associates to join a 12-month development opportunity designed for people who are curious, analytical and naturally look for better ways of working. This is not a role focused on simply following existing processes. You'll work alongside operational, engineering and consulting teams to understand how complex supply chain operations work, analyse performance, identify inefficiencies and explore how AI, automation and technology can be used to improve the way businesses operate. The opportunity is open to recent graduates as well as candidates with relevant operational, analytical or engineering experience. While a range of technical backgrounds are welcomed, the key is how you think, solve problems and approach new challenges. Key Responsibilities Analyse operational performance and identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. Work with operational, engineering and consulting teams to understand complex supply chain processes. Investigate and redesign processes to improve efficiency and operational performance. Explore and support the implementation of AI, automation and technology-driven solutions. Analyse data, identify patterns and translate findings into practical improvements. Contribute to the development of future operational excellence capabilities across the business. Minimum Requirements Relevant qualification or experience in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics\/Statistics, Operations Research, Supply Chain, Engineering or Business Analytics. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant operational, analytical or engineering experience will also be considered. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with a natural curiosity about how things work. Interest in AI, automation, technology and continuous improvement. Comfortable working with data and identifying trends, inefficiencies and opportunities. Proactive mindset with the confidence to question existing processes and suggest better ways of working. This is a 12-month fixed-term opportunity, with the intention of developing future Operational Excellence capability.
