Are you a strategic, hands-on finance leader ready to make an impact in a global, fast-paced environment? Our client, a multinational product-based powerhouse, is seeking an Operational Finance Manager to join their high-performing team.

ð Key Responsibilities:

ð¥ Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals
ð Oversee financial reporting, IFRS compliance, and audits across multiple regions
ð Manage inter-company transactions and transfer pricing
ð§¾ Drive tax compliance and consolidated financial statements
ð» Utilize SAP for reporting and operational efficiency

â Requirements:

ð CA(SA) or CIMA qualification
ð 5+ years in financial management within a multinational environment
ð Strong IFRS, tax, and audit expertise
ð¡ SAP proficiency and advanced Excel skills
