🌟 What You’ll Lead & Own:

• Full ownership and leadership of the finance function, ensuring financial accuracy, visibility, and robust control
• End‑to‑end oversight of monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and year‑end processes
• Preparation and review of management accounts, financial packs, IFRS‑aligned reporting, and Board submissions
• Leading JSE‑level reporting requirements (direct experience essential)
• Managing external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Overseeing cash flow management, capital planning, and investment analysis
• Strengthening manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, production controls, margin analysis, and stock optimisation
• Leading inter‑company accounting, and reconciliations, and supporting group consolidations
• Enhancing financial systems and processes to improve automation, efficiency, and accuracy
• Partnering closely with operations, supply chain, production, and executive leadership to drive performance and strategic execution
• Identifying financial risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities — and implementing practical improvements

• CA(SA) – essential
• Post‑articles experience (5+ years) in a mid‑to‑senior finance leadership role
• JSE listed reporting experience (non‑negotiable)
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or product‑based environments
• Strong technical finance and IFRS expertise
• Solid understanding of cost accounting, production finance, and procurement‑related processes
• Exposure to multi‑entity/group structures and inter‑company accounting
• Advanced analytical, modelling, and forecasting abilities
• A detail‑focused yet pragmatic leadership style, with the ability to be both strategic and operational
• Strong systems proficiency (Xero or similar ERP advantageous)
• Confidence and credibility when partnering with EXCO and financial stakeholders
