ð What You’ll Lead & Own:

Full ownership and leadership of the finance function, ensuring financial accuracy, visibility, and robust control
Endâtoâend oversight of monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and yearâend processes
Preparation and review of management accounts, financial packs, IFRSâaligned reporting, and Board submissions
Leading JSEâlevel reporting requirements (direct experience essential)
Managing external stakeholders, including auditors, banks, advisors, and regulatory bodies
Overseeing cash flow management, capital planning, and investment analysis
Strengthening manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, production controls, margin analysis, and stock optimisation
Leading interâcompany accounting, and reconciliations, and supporting group consolidations
Enhancing financial systems and processes to improve automation, efficiency, and accuracy
Partnering closely with operations, supply chain, production, and executive leadership to drive performance and strategic execution
Identifying financial risks, inefficiencies, and opportunities — and implementing practical improvements

ð¯ What You Bring:

CA(SA) – essential
Postâarticles experience (5+ years) in a midâtoâsenior finance leadership role
JSE listed reporting experience (nonânegotiable)
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or productâbased environments
Strong technical finance and IFRS expertise
Solid understanding of cost accounting, production finance, and procurementârelated processes
Exposure to multiâentity/group structures and interâcompany accounting
Advanced analytical, modelling, and forecasting abilities
A detailâfocused yet pragmatic leadership style, with the ability to be both strategic and operational
Strong systems proficiency (Xero or similar ERP advantageous)
Confidence and credibility when partnering with EXCO and financial stakeholders
