💼 About the Role:
As the Financial Operations Manager, you will partner closely with the Operations Department to drive strategic decision-making and deliver commercial insight. You’ll lead from the front—offering more than just numbers. You’ll help shape operational strategies, enhance compliance, and support growth initiatives.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide financial leadership and commercial direction to the Operations team.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day financial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
• Lead the monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecasting cycles.
• Conduct operational financial analysis, identify efficiencies, and recommend performance improvements.
• Ensure regulatory and financial compliance, including adherence to internal controls and audit readiness.
• Support business development through financial modeling, risk analysis, and strategic input.
• Oversee and mentor a finance team, driving accountability and high performance.

• CA(SA) qualified
• 5 to 8 years of commercial finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management role
• Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong commercial acumen, business partnering experience, and a deep understanding of compliance frameworks
• Highly hands-on leadership style with a focus on delivery and results
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of building cross-functional relationships
