You’ll partner closely with operations to drive profitability, strengthen controls, implement cost-saving opportunities, and provide insights that shape long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, including GP analysis and margin insights
Prepare accurate monthly management accounts and annual financial statements
Drive cost-saving initiatives and monitor financial performance
Oversee operational finance functions, ensuring integrity and efficiency
Support leadership with financial modelling, scenario planning, and commercial insight
Implement and maintain robust financial controls
Guide teams to ensure consistent, high-quality reporting and execution

Job Experience and Skills Required:

BCom Finance, Accounting, or CIMA (essential)
5 years’ management experience in a commercial environment
Strong exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance management
Solid technical accounting and financial reporting experience
Highly proficient in Advanced Excel; exposure to custom or in-house systems beneficial
Strong communication skills with the confidence to challenge, advise, and lead
A go-getter mindset with the ability to deliver under shifting conditions
A long-term commitment - stability in this role is were rewards are reaped
