POSITION INFO:
Job & Company Description An exciting opportunity is available for an Accountant to join a dynamic and growing business. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys looking beyond the numbers and partnering with operational teams to improve processes, enhance efficiencies, and contribute to overall business performance. Duties: Prepare monthly management accounts and operational reports Analyse financial and operational performance metrics Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Monitor business performance and identify efficiency improvement opportunities Perform balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger reviews Support month-end and year-end reporting processes Develop and improve financial controls and operational procedures Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and support Analyse costs, profitability, and business trends Qualifications & Skills: BCom Strong management reporting and analytical skills Experience supporting business operations through financial analysis advantageous Excellent understanding of financial controls and accounting principles Advanced Microsoft Excel skills advantageous Strong commercial acumen and business partnering abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
