This role offers exposure to both finance and business operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys understanding how the business functions while supporting decision-making through accurate financial insights.

You will work closely with operational stakeholders, assisting with reporting, process improvements, and business performance analysis. This role is suited to a practical, hands-on individual who enjoys making a visible impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare operational and management reports
Analyse business performance and operational costs
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
Support business process improvements and efficiencies
Partner with operational teams to drive performance

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:

BCom Degree
National Diploma considered for exceptional candidates

Experience:

Relevant accounting and operational finance experience

Skills:

Operational finance
Financial analysis
Advanced Excel
Business partnering
Strong commercial acumen
